Curtiss Reed, Jr. is President and CEO of CRJ Consulting Group, L3C d/b/a Vermont Partnership for Fairness & Diversity, a proven, effective resource leaders turn to for support related to strategic planning, inclusion, equity, and economic development. Reed has worked with scores of Northern New England municipalities, state agencies, businesses, school districts, nonprofit, and law enforcement agencies. In May 2021 Middlebury College conferred upon Reed an honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters for his civil rights and social justice leadership as did the School for International Training Graduate Institute in May 2015. The Windham County Branch NAACP awarded Reed a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2019 and the Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility awarded Reed the Terry Erhlich Award for Lifetime Achievement in 2022.
